Cure Bowl

The Cure Bowl is one of the alternatives college football fans can choose to place their top bets and make the most of their money. The Cure Bowl’s official name as of June is now the Duluth Trading Cure Bowl, given a recent change in sponsorship. However, the game is still played in sunny Florida and was founded to raise awareness of Breast Cancer and related research.

Given its level of recognition, the game tends to heat up with some top-level college football. This year, the Cure Bowl will kick off at Exploria Stadium in Orlando on December 16 at 3 PM ET.

Cure Bowl Odds

The Cure Bowl will take place on December 16, 2022, and it is now just a matter of defining which  NCAAF teams will be featured in this year’s edition of the game in Orlando. As in the case of most college bowl games, odds tend to play a significant role in how fans and bettors approach their wagers, which includes the Cure bowl spread to roll with, too.

In the 2021 season, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers faced the Northern Illinois Huskies at Exploria Stadium. Unfortunately, the Chanticleers were favorites with a -500 moneyline. That means bettors who wagered on Coastal Carolina had to place a $500 wager to make a $100 profit.

On the other hand, the Huskies were set at +400, meaning bettors who placed $100 on Northern Illinois as underdogs would make a $400 profit. Unfortunately, the Chanticleers were victorious against the Huskies.

The point spread and the over/under also favored the Chanticleers. However, Coastal Carolina took an edge by being at -12.5 and a total of 63.5 points. Nevertheless, those who made the right call to bet on Coastal Carolina may have recorded solid earnings.

Cure Bowl Scores (Playoff)

Certain college bowl games have always stood out for their level of competition. These have always been characterized by reaching double digits in scoring.

Recent Cure Bowl scores have also raised the bar and surpassed the 20, 30, and 40 points marks. This is just a mild reflection of the excitement expected at games involving the Cure Bowl.
