What Do Fans Get for $2M Paul vs Tyson VIP Package?

Paul and Tyson’s tickets are set to go on sale next week, but Netflix, the event Promoter, has alleged that 121,000 fans have signed up for pre-sale access.
According to MVP (Most Valuable Promotions), a whopping 10,000 fans are eyeing VIP seats, while another 35,000 are chasing after floor seats. (or) MVP (Most Valuable Promotions) reports strong interest with 10,000 fans seeking VIP seats and another 35,000 hoping to land floor seats.

The excitement for the fight is understandable, but the financial figures are shocking, especially considering the announcement of lighter gloves and shorter rounds.

Tyson and Paul will be essentially boxing with pillows on their hands. Combine that with the shorter round times, and the chance of a dramatic knockout, as many anticipate, is significantly reduced.

This, however, hasn’t stopped organizers from attempting to milk the cash cow that is Tyson vs. Paul.
For a “reasonable” $2 million, you can get the VIP package experience that includes two ringside seats, four seats in the first and second rows, a pre-fight photo with both men, signed gloves, and a two-night stay in a swanky hotel where the boxers will also be residing.

A Money-Making Ploy

While most boxing enthusiasts already understand that “Iron Mike” versus “The Problem Child” is nothing more than a money-making ploy.
However, the contest has been officially sanctioned as a “pro” bout, but it will be contested over eight two-minute rounds using 14-oz gloves instead of 10-oz gloves.
These rule changes are crucial and significantly alter the probability of either fighter sustaining serious damage.
Of course, we don’t ever want to see anybody get hurt, but in contrast, they shouldn’t be promoting this event as some sort of historical moment in the sport and admit it’s a quick and simple payday.

Allowing Netflix to make their live streaming debut in the realm of boxing was genius, though, because I genuinely don’t believe the viewership of a pay-per-view would match Netflix’s already strong subscriber count.
This fight is expected to rake in eight figures for both Tyson and Paul. However, if it fails to meet their expectations, they could manipulate the viewership numbers.

They might inflate the figures by including people already subscribed to Netflix who are casually watching because it’s readily available.
