Best Drama Picture

The race for Best Drama Picture lacks no excitement this year. The Fabelmans enter as the current favorite at -145 while Top Gun: Maverick looks to be the best chance to pull the upset at +250.

Avatar: The Way of Water isn’t totally out of it, overcoming +450 odds would be considered a long shot at this point. Elvis sits at +650 and TAR +800.

Best Musical or Comedy Picture

Everything Everywhere All at Once currently sits atop the odds board for this category of Golden Globes betting odds to take home the award for Best Musical or Comedy Picture at -225.

The Banshees of Inisherin stand a chance, but will have to overcome +200 odds. The odds steepen quite a bit after that. Babylon is +800, while Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery is +1000, and Triangle of Sadness is +1400.

Best Director

It looks like the legend himself will add yet another piece of hardware to his already vast collection, as Steven Spielberg is -350 to win for his work on The Fabelmans.

Daniel Kwan is the closest challenger at +325 for directing Everything, Everywhere All at Once. James Cameron made the nominations for Avatar: The Way of the Water and sits at +700 to take the award.

Martin McDonagh is +800 for directing The Banshees of Inisherin, with Baz Luhrmann at +1600 for his work on Elvis.

Best Actor in a Drama

According to current odds Golden Globes betting odds, Austin Butler for his role in Elvis is the slight favorite at -140.

Close behind comes former Mummy star Brendan Fraser and his return to the big screen for his role in The Whale, at even odds.

Other nominees include Hugh Jackman for his role in The Son at +1000, Bill Nighy in Living at +1200, and Jeremy Pope in The Inspection at +1600.

Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy

Colin Farrell leads the next category on the odds board for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy. Farrell leads the field by quite a margin for his role in The Banshees of Inisherin at -550.

007 star Daniel Craig earned a nomination for his role in Glass Onion and seemingly has the best chance to overthrow Farrell — though it would be quite the upset at +350.

Diego Calva in Babylon sits at +700, while Adam Driver’s role in White Noise has him at +1200. Ralph Fiennes and his role in The Menu is the last nominee at +1500.

Best Actress in a Drama

Cate Blanchett paces the field for this category at -250 for her role in TAR. It’s not a foregone conclusion, however, as Michelle Williams and her role in The Fablemans has her at +250.

The rest of the nominees include Viola Davis for her part in The Woman King which is available at +750. Olivia Colman’s performance in Empire of Light got her the nomination and sits at +1000. Ana de Armas’ role in Blonde has her at +1200.

Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy

For her role in Everything Everywhere All at Once, Michelle Yeoh was given the nomination and currently stands alone on the odds board at -400.

Margot Robbie makes an appearance on this list for her performance in Babylon. If anyone was going to come from behind to upset Yeoh, it would likely be Robbie at +350.

‘Leo Grande at +1200. Anya-Taylor Joy from The Menu and Lesley Manville from Mrs. Harris goes to Paris and are tied at +1400.’

Best Animated Film

It isn’t much of a race for the Best Animated Film, as Pinocchio by Guillermo del Toro is -400 to walk away with the award.

Turning Red is next on the board at +400. Marcel the Shell with Shoes On is +1000, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish is +1200 and Inu-Oh rounds things out at +1600.

Best Foreign Language Film

Rise Roar Revolt (RRR), currently sits atop the board as the favorite to take home the Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Film at -275.

All Quiet on the Western Front isn’t out of it, but it would be quite the story, given the +475 odds. Decision to Leave is +750, while Close is +1000 and Argentina, 1985 is +1600.

Best Original Song

A song at the right time can be the cherry on top for a film. Lift Me Up by Rihanna proved to be just that in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, likely why the song has even odds to take home the award.

Hold My Hand by Lady Gaga enters second among the nominees after being a moving song in Top Gun: Maverick. The award for Best Original Song could prove to be the tightest closing line on the board. Naatu Naatu has +400 odds, Carolina by Taylor Swift +1200, and Ciao Papa +2000.

Best Screenplay

Martin McDonagh’s The Banshees of Inisherin currently paces the pack for the category of Best Screenplay with -175 odds.

Best Supporting Actor

Key Huy Quan for his role in Everything Everywhere All at Once leads the way on the odds board at -225.

‘Brendan Gleeson at +325 and Barry Keoghan at +850. Brad Pitt’s role in Babylon (+1000) and Eddie Redmayne’s role in The Good Nurse +1500 conclude the nominations.’
