Only six teams qualified within each league, with their sights set on punching their ticket to Japan where the second global LAN event of the 2023 Esports season will take place.
There is a lot to get to for each league so let’s dive straight in!
Pacific League
DRX and Paper Rex are clear favorites in the league. Behind them are the rest of the field, eager to climb the rankings and achieve a remarkable upset against these reigning powerhouses within the region.
Here’s everything you need to know about the 2023 Valorant playoffs in the Pacific League, including its schedule, format, teams, and where to watch the tournament!

Tournament Schedule and Format
The first round of the playoffs will run from May 19 to 22, followed by the finals weekend on May 27 and 28.
The first match of the day starts at 1:00 a.m. PT and the second series is set at 3:30 a.m. PT. The lower and grand final matches will be at 12:00 a.m. PT.
DRX and PRX, two teams with the best record in the regular season, will begin their 2023 Valorant playoff run in the upper bracket semifinals. The remaining teams will begin their playoff campaign in the upper bracket quarterfinals.
2023 Valorant VCT Playoff Team to Watch
For most Valorant champions pick’em bettors, they would go with DRX who are the clear favorite to win the Pacific League playoffs. However, there is one team that could surprise everyone and that is Team Secret.
Team Secret
Team Secret are one of the teams who can sneak their way through the 2033 Valorant VCT playoffs. Their squad has been together since the team’s formation in 2021. Their chemistry and trust in one another is what can bring them to the next level. They started off the Pacific League strong but lost two in a row before getting the business done against Talin Esports.
EMEA League
Fnatic and NAVI are the clear cut favorites to win the 2023 Valorant VCT playoffs in the EMEA League. Both were the first teams in the EMEA to qualify for the playoffs! The teams below them are incredibly close to qualifying but will have to face each other on the final day of league play.

The first round of the EMEA playoffs will run from May 24 to May 26. The finals weekend will start the next week on May 27 and 28.
The first set of matches will start at 8 am PT and the second starts at 11 am PT. All the matches from this point on will start at these two times.

2023 Valorant VCT Playoff Team to Watch
For most Valorant champions pick’em bettors, they would go with Fnatic who are the clear favorite to win the EMEA League playoffs. However, there is one team that could surprise everyone and that is Team Liquid.
Team Liquid
After a disappointing LOCK//IN São Paulo, Team Liquid are ready to make their way back to the top of the tables. The 2021 champions have had an interesting run through the 2023 Valorant VCT playoffs. They started with a loss, then won two, then lost again, and now they’ve won one. So history says they should get another in the next round! Liquid will be an interesting team to watch for bettors.
Americas League
Heading into the 2023 Valorant VCT playoffs in the Americas League, LOUD and Cloud9 are the favorites to win the entire thing and qualify for Tokyo Masters. They have both only lost once and have dominated through the tournament. Both were the first teams in the EMEA to qualify for the playoffs! The teams below them are incredibly close to qualifying but will have to face each other on the final day of league play.
