2022 PGA Tour: Rahm Tops Hero World Challenge Odds
20 Of The World’s Best Golfers

Jon Rahm is at the top of the Hero World Challenge odds market as he looks to close the gap between Rory McIlroy for the top ranking.
With names such as Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele, and Justin Thomas, the Hero World Challenge brings quality golf back to the course.
The golf tournament schedule has been light in recent months, so we’re looking forward to this week and the Hero World Challenge odds are enticing. Unfortunately, Tiger Woods pulled out only hours ago due to injury.

Back-to-Back for Rahm
The 28-year-old Spaniard won the DP World Tour Championship in fine style and he’s making the claim to be the world’s best golfer.
Rahm has been in excellent form for the last few months, despite not playing often. He won the Open de Espana in October before finishing fourth in the CJ Cup. Therefore, he owns two wins and a fourth from his last three events.
“Because of Covid I never got a chance to defend my 2019 title,”
“And even though I decided not to come last year, I came with the mentality that, well, nobody beat me in the last two years, so they are going to have to beat me again.
“I’m as complete a golfer as I feel like I’ve ever been, and hopefully I can continue on that path.” Rahm told Golf.com.
That’s why he’s the top pick with Hero World Challenge odds at +600 and we wouldn’t leave him off our tickets.
In-Form Finau Firms
Tony Finau is one of the hottest golfers on the planet and we’re not surprised to see his golf odds this week firm considerably.
The American is into +1000 after opening at +1400, which is a big move for Hero World Challenge odds markets.
He won the Houston Open at his most recent outing, which followed consecutive wins in the 3M Open and Rocket Mortgage Classic in July.
“I’ve always had belief, but confidence when you win is contagious,”
“I’m starting to put together a full-package game.” Finau said.
He has confidence, and given there’s only a small number of players in the field, he could take advantage.
Bettors get a fair price for Finau, who is shortening and he could close in on second favoritism, which is currently held by Scheffler at +800.
Kim Continues to Impress
Tom Kim burst onto the scene with his President’s Cup heroics and he translated that form with a win in the Shriners Open.
The likeable South Korean has been in excellent form, and with a PGA Tour win under his belt, there’s no reason why he can’t win the Hero World Challenge.
The 20-year-old ranks inside the top 10 on the PGA Tour in strokes gained approaching the green, tee to green, and strokes gained total. That’s impressive and it should result in more wins.
Hero World Challenge odds have Kim at +2000, which is a value line. He should enjoy playing with the best players in the world and he’s not lacking confidence, so expect to see him near the top of the leaderboard come Sunday.
