Maiden Win for Rahm Tipped at LIV This Week

The 2024 LIV United Kingdom Odds Feature the Spaniard

Jon Rahm has yet to win on the LIV Tour, but it’s only a matter of time before he breaks through on the rebel tour. The 2024 LIV United Kingdom odds have the Spaniard and former world number one at +600 following a good showing at the Open Championship.

It’s a packed field and the LIV golf leaderboard could feature the likes of Tyrrell Hatton, Bryson DeChambeau, Joaquin Niemann, and Sergio Garcia.

Time is Now for Rahm

Bettors have waited patiently for Rahm to win on the LIV Tour, and we believe his time has come.

He has been close to posting a win since leaving the PGA Tour, and the 29-year-old should have derived plenty of confidence following a T7 at the Open Championship at Royal Troon.

His LIV Tour schedule in 2024 has been busy, but he will be annoyed by his lack of success. He was the star signing of the tour, so he needs to start living up to expectations.

His 2024 LIV United Kingdom odds have firmed after opening at +700, so there has been good betting support for the 11-time PGA Tour winner, including the 2021 U.S. Open and 2023 Masters.

For those saying he’s not one of the best players in the world, he has the same number of major wins as Scottie Scheffler, so Rahm is all class.

He’s also preparing for the Olympics, which he missed in 2021 due to having Covid per the latest golf news.

“Not being able to participate in the Olympics, when my caddy had already taken off to meet me in Phoenix to then fly to Tokyo… it was hard, very hard,” Rahm said. “It was very difficult for me to overcome it. Knowing that I had a chance for a medal and not being able to participate.”

Home Cooking for Hatton

Playing at JCB Golf & Country Club will help Hatton, who has been playing some of his best golf in 2024. The British golfer is a six-time European Tour winner and one-time LIV Tour winner, which came at the 2024 Nashville event.

He’s the angriest golfer in the world, but that’s what makes watching him so incredible.  Something seems to always be bugging him, and the latest annoyance was missing the cut at the Open Championship. Hatton complained that the course was playing too long, but he’s a quality golfer on his day. He finished T26 at the U.S. Open and T9 at the Masters.

We’re happy to back the 32-year-old Brit with 2024 LIV United Kingdom betting markets, which have him at +800 to win.

Consecutive LIV Titles for Garcia

We love betting on Sergio Garcia, and he comes off his first LIV Tour win in Spain. The 44-year-old won in a playoff over Anirban Lahiri, which was his fourth LIV playoff. He lost the first three to Talor Gooch, Niemann, and Dean Burmester.

However, now that he has broken through, the Spaniard could kick on with it and win in the United Kingdom. Garcia is an 11-time winner on the PGA Tour and a 16-time winner on the European Tour. He is one of the best players ever, and he’s horrendously underrated.

With wins in the Masters, Players Championship, and The Colonial, he has beaten the best fields in golf consistently.

The same goes for playing on the LIV Tour, which is packed with some of the best players in the world. Garcia has firmed into +1200 with 2024 LIV United Kingdom odds, and we’re not leaving him out of our golf picks.

Burmester Seeks #2

South African Dean Burmester has burst onto the global stage in 2024, and he seeks his second LIV Tour win. The 35-year-old is a four-time European Tour winner and 12-time Sunshine Tour winner, and we liked his win at LIV Miami in April.

Burmester finished T19 at the Open Championship last week, 69th in the U.S. Open, and T12 at the PGA Championship, so he’s underrated. Getting +2200 is an excellent price, and because he’s not a household name, bettors get value odds for the big-hitting golfer.
