Key MLS Week 4 Matches

After a dull third week, MLS fans are excited about some of the better teams duking it out in MLS week 4. Typically we would give three matches to watch for esports bettors, but this week there are four key matches to watch in MLS week 4.

SEASeattle Sounders vs LAFCLFC

Day/Time:

MLS week 4 kicks off with two of the best teams in the entire league. The current champions, LAFC, travel to Seattle to take on the Sounders, who are on a revenge tour. LAFC is one of the only undefeated teams and has had strong showings in both matches. The Sounders have looked fantastic in their first two games but missed too many opportunities in their loss to Cincinnati. This match could go either way, but our money is on LAFC.

ATLAtlanta United vs Portland TimbersPOR

Day/Time:

It’s a rematch of the 2019 MLS Cup final at Mercedes-Benz Stadium! Atlanta hosts the Portland Timbers for a late afternoon kick-off. Atlanta United are in red-hot form as coach Gonzalo Pineda has them firing. The Timbers are looking to find form as they get players back from injuries. It should be an exciting game, but Atlanta United should win.

TORToronto FC vs Inter MiamiMIA

Day/Time:

We’re staying in the East as Miami travels to the Great North to take on Toronto FC. Inter Miami has had an excellent start to the 2023 season and hopes to continue that form going into MLS week 4. Toronto has not won a game yet but has played well enough to stay competitive in their two draws. Toronto usually plays well at home, but it’s safer to go with an in-form Miami side is safer.

SLCSt. Louis CITY SC vs San Jose EarthquakesSJE

Day/Time:

We’re heading back west as St. Louis plays San Jose in an intraconference matchup. St. Louis is the only team in MLS who are 3-0 and keep finding ways to grind out wins. On the other hand, San Jose looks like a team transformed and looking to keep its momentum going. St. Louis will be the better bet since they will find a way to win.
