Nuggets Take Series Lead, Head Back to Minneapolis
Nuggets vs Timberwolves Lines, Predictions and More

Nuggets vs Timberwolves lines are out and the Nuggets are 2.5-point favorites on the road for Game 6. The total is set at 204.5.
This series is officially heating up! The Nuggets instantly blew their home-court advantage after a tough Game 1 loss.
Then, the Timberwolves added the pressure by putting on a defensive masterclass in a controlling Game 2 victory.
Then, as the Nuggets looked like their chances at repeating as champions were finished, they showed life in a Game 3 win on the road.
Game 4 was another win for the Nuggets, tying the series at 2-2 and winning back-home court advantage.
In Game 5, the Nuggets took a 3-2 lead in the series behind another incredible performance from Nikola Jokic. Jokic, right after being awarded his third MVP award in four years, dominated the game from start to finish.
Jokic showed he is one of the best NBA players ever, scoring 40 points and chipping in 13 assists and seven rebounds. Jokic also had a game-high +21 in the game.
This win puts the Nuggets, who started the series losing two home games, one win away from their second Western Conference Finals in a row.
Even the Timberwolves were in awe of Jokic’s performance. Anthony Edwards said of Jokic, “He’s the best player in the NBA. He showed it in the last three games…He was special tonight. I’ve got to give him his flowers.”
“This is a higher level than he’s ever been at”

The Timberwolves were held to only 97 points in their 112-97 loss Tuesday. Although they got strong offensive performances from Karl-Anthony Towns (23 points) and Rudy Gobert (18 points, 11 rebounds), Anthony Edwards only shot 5-for-15 from the field and got very little help from their bench, who scored a combined 15 points.
The Timberwolves were without veteran point guard Mike Conley, and without his ball handling and leadership were never able to get a grip on the offensive end.
Nuggets vs Timberwolves lines are in and the Denver Nuggets schedule takes them back to Minneapolis for Game 6.
The oddsmakers have the Nuggets closing out this series in Game 6, but the Wolves will do their best to push this one to a Game 7. The current series NBA odds are the Nuggets -480 to win the series and the Timberwolves +350.

Jokic Scoring Back On
After the first two games of the series, it looked like last year’s NBA Finals winners were in deep trouble. Now, the Timberwolves are on the ropes and the Nuggets have the best heavyweight puncher in the league.
Since going down 0-2 to start the series, Jokic has averaged 33.0 points, 9.7 assists, and 9.3 rebounds in his last three games.
The Timberwolves have one of the best defenses the league has seen in many years, but it is looking now like Jokic has figured them out.
Jokic has had to focus on his scoring the last few games, and the Timberwolves don’t seem to have an answer.
Jokic has bested his points over in three of the five games so far this series, and in a crucial Game 4 and Game 5 scored 35 points and 40 points, soaring over his point total prop.
We think Jokic is going to keep his foot on the gas pedal and continue his incredible scoring in Game 6. Take a look at his points prop for some possible value.

Wolves Need Reid
After the first two NBA games of the series, the Timberwolves haven’t been able to get consistent offensive production from their stars. In their three losses, Anthony Edwards has put up 19 points, 44 points, and 18 points while Karl-Anthony Towns has put up 14 points, 13 points, and 23 points.
Inconsistency on offense is part of what has been hurting the Wolves the last few games, and multiple players will need to step up to have a chance in Game 6.
Naz Reid is someone who the Wolves would love to get some offensive help from once again. After starting the series shooting 50% from three and scoring 16 points and 14 points in the first two games of the series, Reid has dropped off.
In Games 3-5 he is only 2-of-8 from beyond the arc and has only scored over 7 points once. Reid has gone under his points prop in three straight games.
Nuggets Favored on Road
Nuggets vs Timberwolves lines are Nuggets -2.5, and the total is 204.5. Oddsmakers think Game 6 will be a close one, but the Nuggets will grind out a win on the road to finish the series.
The way the Nuggets have looked since Game 2 should inspire confidence, and we believe their championship pedigree will vault them over the Wolves.
