Lamar Jackson and Co. are coming off a big win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Thursday Night Football. They’re also riding their first winning streak of the season.

The Ravens closed as the 2-point road underdogs in NFL spreads betting, but coming through for their backers in the 27-22 win was no mean feat.

The Ravens were thoroughly outplayed and outmatched by the Buccaneers at the start before they slowly began to turn the tables on their hosts. They seemed to settle into the game late in the second quarter. And that carried into the second half as they found the end zone with increasing frequency.

Jackson went 27 of 38 for 238 yards and two touchdowns. He also put up 43 rushing yards on nine carries. On the heels of the win, the Ravens improved to a 5-3-0 record on the NFL season. By covering as 2-point spread, they also augmented their record to 3-4-1 ATS overall and 3-1-0 ATS on the road.

Baltimore’s MNF injury report includes LB David Ojabo (Achilles), LB Josh Bynes (quadricep), and LB Tyus Bowser (Achilles) listed as probable for Monday; CB Marcus Peters (quadricep), and CB Marlon Humphrey (hamstring) as questionable. WR Rashad Bateman (knee) is out for the season.

Saints On The Up

The Saints are riding the momentum of a 24-0 shutout of the Las Vegas Raiders and improve to 3-5 SU on the season. The Saints closed as the 1-point home underdogs but crushed the point spread comfortably.

The Saints defense dictated play right out of the gates. They rendered Derek Carr and the star-studded Raiders offense a moot point.

On the flip side, Saints running back Alvin Kamara put the team on his back as he exploded for over 100 yards and three scores. Backup Andy Dalton, who was making his fifth start of the season, had one of his better games, too. He went 22 of 30 for 229 yards and two touchdowns.

The Saints are 3-5-0 SU and ATS. They’re 2-2-0 ATS at home.

New Orleans’ MNF injury report includes: WR Michael Thomas (toe) on I-R; DT David Onyemata (thigh), C Eric McCoy (shoulder), LB Chase Hansen (knee), WR Jarvis Landry (ankle), CB Marshon Lattimore, TE Adam Trautman (ankle) and QB Jameis Winston (back) are all listed as questionable for Monday.
