Super Bowl Prop Bets Results: An Octopus, Red Dress, and Purple Drink
Did You Hit Any of These Longshot SB Props?

Entertaining Super Bowl Was More Fun for Longshot Bets
The Kansas City Chiefs edged the Philadelphia Eagles in what would go down as one of the more fun Super Bowls in recent history. But while Super Bowl LVII proved to be a thriller, it would have been more electric for fans hitting on some significant prop bets. Led by Jalen Hurts, several longshot props were cashed. We review the best Super Bowl prop bets results.
Hurts Cashed First-Ever Octopus and Other Big Props
Philadelphia fell just short of capturing the Super Bowl. But Hurts was still the MVP in the eyes of prop bettors. The Eagles quarterback finished the game with 304 passing yards, 70 rushing yards, and four total touchdowns including three via the ground. In doing so, he cashed several lucrative Super Bowl odds.
The 24-year-old scored the first-ever “Octopus” in the Super Bowl when he scored a touchdown and then subsequently converted the two-pointer (+280). The Octopus prop was as long as 14-1 (+1400) on the sportsbook and marked one of the most notable Super Bowl prop bets results.
Hurts also scored the first touchdown at +800. He scored three rushing touchdowns to cash at +550 (two or more TDs) and a whopping +4100 (3+ TDs). Hurts was also the last player to score a touchdown so add the +800 prop to the list. And then, he inadvertently won another bet – a defensive touchdown that went for +250 when his fumble led to linebacker Nick Bolton’s touchdown for Kansas City.
As for Mahomes and the Chiefs, the actual winners, they scored a few big props. Namely, Skyy Moore scored his first career touchdown late in the game. Moore to score a TD anytime was at +600.
Rihanna Wowed but Not as Much as These Halftime Props
The players were not the only ones helping produce epic Super Bowl prop bets results. Rihanna not only performed while pregnant but also produced some prolific prop betting wins. The Bajan superstar performed with a red outfit, which was +800 on the betting lines. She also opened her show with “B*tch Better Have My Money” and closed with “Diamonds”, which both were +800 each to be the first and last songs, respectively.
Additionally, Rihanna performed without a necklace (+300) and did not expose any cleavage (+200). There were also no guest appearances. Even A$AP Rocky, Rihanna’s baby daddy, did not join her on stage even as a -300 favorite to do so. Fans who bet against his appearance could have profited up to $200 at some point.
“I’m just as excited as you guys, if not more. I’m super excited. This is huge. This is incredible,” Rocky told Apple Music 1’s Zane Lowe. “I’m so glad that my lady’s back making music again and what not, and getting back out there. It’s just incredible, especially for both of us — it is a good year for both of us to be more active and be out there. But the Super Bowl is huge, and her being the creative she is, she going to bring it, man.”
Closing Out The Show with a Purple Rain
Fans of the “Doink” also cashed out on Sunday. Harrison Butker missed a field goal in the first quarter. But he didn’t just miss it – he grazed the left upright and the ball “doinked” to cash the +450 prop bet.
And finally, one last prop bet cashed in a big way towards the end; the traditional coaches shower. The Chiefs players poured purple liquid on Andy Reid, which was +850 on the betting lines. Kansas City won 38-35 on the Super Bowl score and prop bettors who staked on this underdog color came away with more winnings.
