USFL Week 6 Betting Preview: Parity Leads to Great Betting Numbers
Time to Start Banking Cake on USFL Betting Numbers

The USFL Week 6 betting preview shows another week of evenly-matched teams playing against each other. The USFL Week 6 odds have two games where the favorite is less than a field goal. The biggest favorite is just seven points, so all of the games are expected to be competitive.
The ‘haves’ and ‘have nots’ have changed places the past few weeks. Houston started out 0-2, but have now won three straight, while Michigan has gone from 2-0 to 2-3. New Jersey has dropped two straight and Memphis started 0-3 and is now 2-3.
That’s good news for the league, which can’t afford to lose the few fans it does have. Nobody wants to support a 1-5 team that’s out of the playoffs. Right now, all four teams in the North are 2-3, so every team is still alive.

Maulers vs Showboats
Date & Time:
Location: Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium, (Memphis, Tennessee)
Streaming: USA
Pittsburgh (2-3) is favored by 2.5 points over Memphis (2-3) after the Showboats handed New Orleans its first loss last week. The Maulers are the better defensive team, allowing 18.2 points per game. Memphis gets the edge offensively, but is the sixth-worst team in the league defensively.
The Showboats allow an average of 23.8 points per game. The total is just 41.5, which is more a reflection of Pittsburgh not scoring much and not allowing many points either. Cole Kelley has done a nice job for Memphis at quarterback since taking over. The Showboats are too tough to pass up as a true home underdog.
Stallions vs Panthers
Date & Time:
Location: Ford Field (Detroit, Michigan)
Streaming: FOX
Birmingham (3-2) is favored by 5 points over Michigan (2-3) and the total on the game is 44.5. The Stallions have come back to earth after a fast start. But Birmingham still has the largest scoring margin (+8.0) in the league. The Panthers have dropped three straight despite playing at home and will have their hands full with Birmingham QB Alex McGough. The favorite is probably the way to go in this one.

Breakers vs Stars
Date & Time:
Location: Ford Field (Detroit, Michigan)
Streaming: FS1
New Orleans (4-1) still has the best record in the league and now face Philadelphia (2-3), which broke a losing skid last week. The Breakers are favored by 7 and the total is 47.5. After averaging more than 31 points a game through the first four, New Orleans was held to 10 points last week by Memphis.
Three turnovers hurt the Breakers’ cause. New Orleans should get back on track offensively in this one. The USFL Week 6 betting preview likes New Orleans to rebound after its first loss and get the cover in this one.
Generals vs Gamblers
Date & Time:
Location: Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium, (Memphis, Tennessee)
Streaming: FOX
The New Jersey Generals (2-3) are favored by 1.5 points against Houston (3-2) and the total is 45.5. The Generals lost a game to Philadelphia last week they had no business losing. New Jersey had four turnovers, including three fumbles by Darius Victor.
- The Generals had a 354-166 yardage advantage, but the Stars kicked eight field goals to take the 24-21 victory. New Jersey is still one of the better teams in the league. The USFL Week 6 betting preview says to include the Generals in your USFL picks and parlays this week. New Jersey should bounce back after a big disappointment with a victory in this spot.
