New York followed up with another less than stellar performance on Sunday evening, losing to the Columbus Blue Jackets by a score of 5-1. Backup goaltender Jaroslav Halak got the nod in net, and let in a pair of soft goals in the second period, putting the Blueshirts in a 3-0 deficit that proved to be too much to overcome. Forward Artemi Panarin continued his hot run, scoring a power-play goal, his forth tally of the season and his 12th point in just six games. It’s expected that Igor Shesterkin will get the start in goal for this contest against the defending Stanley Cup champs.
Avalanche vs Rangers Betting Odds
Sportsbooks have the Rangers betting line as short favorites in the pick’em range against the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday night priced in the range around -110 to -120.
