The Kings have won four of their last five games while the Blues, who were sellers at the Trade Deadline, have now lost seven of their last eight overall. Korpisalo was acquired by Los Angeles on Tuesday from the Columbus Blue Jackets in a trade that sent longtime Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick to Columbus and eventually to the Vegas Golden Knights in a separate deal just two days later.
Washington Capitals vs San Jose Sharks 
Forward Alex Ovechkin scored two goals and picked up an assist as the Washington Capitals demolish the San Jose Sharks 8-3 on the road Saturday night. San Jose had a two-goal lead after the first period thanks to tallies from Tomas Hertl and Alexander Barabanov, but the Caps piled it on with four goals in each of the last two periods. Winger Craig Smith also scored a pair of goals while Dylan Strome had a goal and an assist and defenseman Rasmus Sandin chipped in with three assists. Darcy Kuemper picked up the victory in goal, making 38 saves on 41 shots faced.
Florida Panthers vs Pittsburgh Penguins 
Forward Carter Verhaeghe scored a goal and an assist, while Matthew Tkachuk and Brandon Montour each picked up a pair of assists in a 4-1 win for the Florida Panthers over the Pittsburgh Penguins. Veteran goalie Sergei Bobrovsky made 31 saves on 32 shots faced to earn his 19th victory of the season for Florida, who have been alternating wins and losses since February 9th, with a record of six victories and five defeats in that eleven-game span. Pittsburgh had their four-game winning streak snapped and have now lost five of their last nine games overall.
Calgary Flames vs Minnesota Wild 
The Minnesota Wild picked up a 3-0 road victory over the Calgary Flames on Saturday night. Goaltender Filip Gustavsson stopped all 31 shots faced for his second shutout of the season. Forwards Joel Eriksson-Ek and Matt Boldy each had a goal and an assist. Minnesota now sits in second place in the Central Division and has won four straight games, while earning at least one point in nine consecutive games. Calgary is now on a five-game losing streak and has dropped eight of their last ten contests overall.
Detroit Red Wings vs Philadelphia Flyers 
Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Carter Hart made 25 saves on 26 shots faced to earn the 3-1 victory for his club over the Detroit Red Wings as short home favorites, going Under the total. Forward Scott Laughton, who was playing in his 500th career National Hockey League game, scored the empty net goal late for Philadelphia to seal the win, which was their second in the last ten games. New Jersey Devils vs Arizona Coyotes 
Forward Nico Hischier scored just 23 seconds into overtime to give the New Jersey Devils a 5-4 win over the hosting Arizona Coyotes at Mullet Arena on Sunday night. Despite his seven-game goal streak coming to a close, the point streak still rolls along at nine games for the 21-year old Newfoundland and Labrador native.
