AUS Bronze Medal Match SUI

  • Friday, 3 p.m. ET
  • Mariafe Artacho del Solar & Taliqua Clancy (Australia) vs Tanja Huberli & Nina Brunner (Switzerland)

Australia’s Artacho del Solar and Clancy seek another strong finish after winning an Olympic silver in Tokyo. They’re coming off a 2-1 loss (22-20, 15-21, 12-15) to Brazil’s Ramos and Duda in the semifinals.

Despite their surprising success three years ago, del Solar and Clancy arrived in Paris as +2500 longshots to take home gold. They’re underdogs once more headed into the bronze medal match, with +136 odds to knock off Switzerland’s top duo. They are also +195 on the spread (-198).

  • Huberli and Brunner, meanwhile, are -1.5 (+164) on the spread and -162 on the moneyline.

The world No. 4 already own multiple European Championships and also recently captured a gold medal on the Beach Pro Tour.

Be sure to keep that in mind when assessing the women’s beach volleyball finals odds.

BRA Gold Medal Match CAN

  • Friday, 4:30 p.m. ET
  • Ana Patricia Ramos & Duda Lisboa (Brazil) vs Melissa Humana-Paredes & Brandie Wilkerson (Canada)

Ramos and Duda arrived in Paris as +150 tournament favorites, and they’ve done nothing to disappoint.

They’re poised to build on a lengthy list of accomplishments that already includes nine gold medals, three silvers, and five bronze since 2022.

They’d struggled prior to these Olympics, but there was never a reason to doubt them. The women’s beach volleyball finals odds continue to speak volumes.

  • They are -340 moneyline favorites to beat Humana-Paredes and Wilkerson, as well as -1.5 (+110) on the spread.

Canada historically hasn’t enjoyed much success in Olympic beach volleyball, but Humana-Paredes and Wilkerson have already guaranteed themselves no worse than a silver medal.

They’ve won nearly 70% of their matches this year, including gold medals in Jurmala and Montreal.

After beating Switzerland’s Huberli and Brunner 2-1 (14-21, 22-20, 15-12) in the semifinals, their Olympic gold medal odds have climbed from +1100 to +270.

  • They are also +1.5 (-130) on the spread, which is important to remember when analyzing the odds for this match.
