Broncos vs Seattle Highlights

Denver Broncos vs Seattle Seahawks brings a David and Goliath matchup in QB pairings, as the experience and success of Russell Wilson are pitted against Drew Lock, the second-round pick out of Missouri, who has failed to produce on the main stage and will be looking to improve on his 9-15 record. Honors are even in this matchup over the last 20 years, with a 3-3 record across the 6 games played, but NFL betting odds this year are sure to fall in favor of the Broncos given their off-season acquisition and the lack of a competitive replacement in their opposition.

Seattle sees the return of prize receivers in DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, with both offering a deep threat that is likely to test the likes of Pat Surtain II and the Broncos secondary. Broncos offer a similar threat in former offensive rookie of the year nominee Jerry Jeudy, supplemented by Courtland Sutton, who proved to be a prime target for Russell Wilson in his first training camp at Mile High. The Broncos also see the return of veteran RB Melvin Gordon, who proved most valuable in the running game last season.

With both franchises facing fierce competition within their divisions, and with a 7-10 record from last season to improve upon, expect both NFL teams to come out fighting for every yard. Look to the Broncos to cover the spread this week, but be wary of how large that spread might be.
