Titans vs Chargers Highlights

The 2022 season will be seen as a chance for the Tennessee Titans to get better and remain competitive for a Super Bowl berth. Last season, their defense was formidable thanks to the efforts of players like Jeffrey Simmons and Denico Autry and Harold Landry’s career-high 12 sacks. It seems reasonable to assume that, now that all three of them are safe and sound, they will be able to resume their role as the formidable trio they once were. Rookie Treylon Burks will need to make an immediate impact in order to replace AJ Brown as the team’s offensive MVP and revitalize the passing game.

The Los Angeles Chargers are hoping to be a playoff contender this year as they continue to build around rookie quarterback Justin Herbert and second-year head coach Brandon Staley. Their wide receiver duo of Mike Williams and Keenan Allen is intact, and the recently successful Austin Ekeler is also on the roster. To further secure their long-term future, the team spent the off-season acquiring Jackson, Mack, and James. That should improve upon the 22nd-ranked defense of the previous season and provide more opportunities for the dangerous returning offense.

The Chargers have a 28-18-1 advantage in the all-time series and will be playing at home, hoping to further their lead. However, the Titans’ most recent game was a three-point victory in Nashville, so they won’t have it easy.

Expect a close game between two of the best teams in the AFC. If you bet on NFL games, back the Titans to pull off a narrow road win.
