You cannot look back into the history of the NFL without taking a long look at the Green Bay Packers, who were founded in 1919, and joined the NFL in 1921, missing out on the first-ever season. The team has won the most championships of any team in the league, with 13 titles, four Super Bowls, and nine before the Super Bowl was created. They are winners of the first two Super Bowls under coach Vince Lombardi, who the Super Bowl trophy is named after. The Packers team stats history is extensive with many years of winning, most recently not missing out on the playoffs in back-to-back since 1992.
