Fury vs Usyk Is Set to Be the Biggest Boxing Bout in the Last 25 Years
Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk Will Face off in Hopes of Becoming the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion

Just Two Nights Away From History 🥊
On Saturday, May 18, live from the Kingdom Arena in Saudi Arabia, two titans of the heavyweight boxing world will collide when the WBO champ, Tyson “The Gypsy King” Fury, steps into the ring with the man who owns every other heavyweight strap (WBO, WBA, IBF) Oleksandr Usyk.
What Does It Mean to Crown an Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World?
Well, it means that boxing has its first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis 25 years ago. It means a king is born, and there’s no denying it. We’re finally going to have a man that beat the man, who beat the man!
Of all the things the sport of boxing needs, it isn’t just undisputed champions, but it’s finally an undisputed heavyweight champion. When boxing has an undisputed king of the heavyweights, it’s a better sport… far better sport!
There’s no more boxing rumors questioning: who’s the best? We’ll know who’s the best by the end of Saturday night, and the feeling in the air right now is palpable…Can you feel it?

Four Years in the Making
Since Usyk swarmed boxing news with his undisputed cruiserweight status, walked amongst the heavyweights, and collected his first championship in the weight class by dominating Derek Chisora in 2020, we’ve been calling for Fury vs Usyk.
Unfortunately, the stars didn’t align to deliver an undisputed clash. Not by the fault of the fighters, however, no… we can blame the trash promoters for their money-hungry nature and failure to recognize what’s best for the sport.
Well, there’s no need to complain about spilled milk; that’s in the past, and now we’re just two days out from the most important fight in heavyweight boxing since 1999 when Britain’s Lewis conquered Evander Holyfield to become the undisputed champ.

Usyk vs Fury: Who Has the Edge?
What Usyk has achieved since moving up from 200 pounds is nothing short of remarkable. He’s a technician, a true master of the sweet science who’s been able to transition the speed, power, and ring generalship he presented at cruiserweight straight to the pinnacle of the heavyweight rankings almost effortlessly.
Fury will tower above Usyk. As always, his wingspan and size will be a huge advantage. The Brit knows precisely how to use his weight, and he’s a more formidable fighter on paper and in theory.

Somebody’s 0 has to go… We have two mentality robust brutes with unblemished records and the weight of the world off their shoulders. However, with a gun to my head, it’s the consistency in motion, with the ability to transition from offense to defense like an artist switching brushes on a canvas of Usyk, that holds an edge this weekend.
However, the time for speculation is almost over; just one more sleep until Fury and Usyk do battle, and the boxing world will be blessed with an undisputed king!
