These days, any F1 race is a hotspot for celebrities! For instance, at Imola, we saw Hugh Grant mingling with the Ferrari team. Additionally, who else made an appearance? Aryna Sabalenka, who recently lost to Iga Swiatek in the Italian Tennis Open, also stopped by the Haas garage.

Lando Norris Eyes Verstappen’s Throne
Norris, who recently made the headlines of F1 news for winning the Miami GP, gave Max Verstappen a tough challenge at Imola. Furthermore, the Emilia-Romagna GP was a thrilling race, almost seeing an upset in the final laps. Initially, Norris was trailing by about five seconds; however, he started closing the gap rapidly. By the finish line, he was just seven-tenths of a second behind Verstappen!

Norris was open about his feelings after the race, saying, “Yeah, it hurts me to say but one or two more laps and I think I would have had him.” Despite the frustration, he was nevertheless proud of his effort.
McLaren’s Strategic Gains
F1 rumors have been reported about McLaren making significant upgrades to their cars. And it seems that what they have done has worked. Their car is now competing with top teams like Ferrari and Red Bull. Norris acknowledged this progress, saying, “I think we’re at a point now where we can happily say we’re now in the position of Ferrari and Red Bull, so it’s what we have to get used to.”
The team is performing well, focusing on maintaining their momentum. Norris mentioned, “The team is doing a good job. I think we’re all doing a very good job, so it’s business as usual. It’s focusing on doing the same things, it’s just we’re fighting for first or second now.”
