Point Spreads App

The Sports Season Contests on the Point Spreads App are open to all the users of our PointSpreads free-play app platform, provided they are at least 18 years of age and comply with the app’s terms of service.

Users must be 18 years old to enter.

Participants cannot create many accounts to participate. Only one account is allowed per user.

Steps:
1. To enter the contest, users must first download the Point Spreads app from our site.
2. Afterwards, they must create a user account within the app.
3. The users can now place bets on sports games during their respective seasons.
4. Look for the different contests for the different seasons, and bet away. This is where you accumulate points and climb the leaderboard to get real prizes!
5. Users can compete for a prize by placing bets on the app and accurately predicting game outcomes.
6. A leaderboard will be maintained with all users’ accurate predictions.
7. The top user with the most accurate predictions will be awarded a prize.

The prize for the current Sports Season Contest is detailed in the contest’s data and is awarded to the user who leads the top leaderboard by accurately predicting game outcomes.

In the event of a tie, the user who registered on the Point Spreads App first will be declared the winner.

PS makes no representation or warranty as to the Prizes. Any dispute about the Prizes must be resolved directly with PS. Any decision made by PS, at its sole discretion, regarding the prize will be final.

Winners of the prize will be announced on Point Spreads Facebook Page within seven days after the conclusion of each sports season.

To claim the prize, winners must respond to the notification email [[email protected]] with their mailing address within 30 days of receiving the notification. Once the winner’s information is verified, the gift card will be mailed to the provided address.

PS will notify the Winners the workday after the Contest in which the user/s participated has ended.

By participating in any of these contests, you agree to have PS use and post any of your Social Media usernames to PS’s own Social Media and for any other purposes of this Contest. This means the winner acknowledges to share their user profile with the prize won in our social media.

If the Winner does not respond with the information as required by the indications set out by PS when notifying the Winner, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to any and all Prizes awarded at that moment.

The Winner(s) will have one (1) week to claim their Prize from the moment PS notifies of their winning status. In the event that a Winner is ineligible, disqualified, does not claim the Prize, is uncontactable for any reason whatsoever, and/or deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize, PS, at its sole discretion, may decide if a replacement Winner should be selected or not.

Contest Details:

Point Spreads (hereinafter known as “PS”) is holding All Sports Season Contests (hereinafter known as “Contests”) which will be held from set dates for each season contest period.

These Contest Periods are when you have the chance to bet using our app and accumulate points in our leaderboard or accumulate bets for a specific contest or contests. Each sports season contest has an end period when the leaderboard points or the bets placed for that specific contest are tallied and the winner is chosen, when we let the fans know who was the Winner.

PS reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion without previous notice.

• NO entry fee is necessary.
• These Contests and their prizes are void where prohibited.
• Only one Prize is awarded per contest.
• No cash value, substitution of prizes, or transfer of prizes to another person will be allowed.

Point Spreads App reserves the right to disqualify any user who violates the terms of service or engages in fraudulent activity.

The platform may modify or cancel the promotion for any season at any time without prior notice.

Privacy:

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties.

Point Spreads App reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes or discrepancies.

By participating in any one of these contests or promotions, users automatically acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them, as well as the app’s terms of service.

Liabilities:

All decisions on all matters relating to or in connection with any of these Contests, including the awarding of any of the Prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or any situation whatsoever, shall be final and binding, and solely pertaining to PS. Regarding any of these decisions, no correspondence, claims, appeals, nor challenges will be entertained by PS.

In the event there is an inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional material relating to any of the Contests, these terms and conditions will prevail.

Persons tampering with, or abusing, any aspect of these contests (as solely determined by PS) will be disqualified.

Should any of the Contests be terminated for any reason, prizes may or may not be awarded in any manner, which will be determined at the sole discretion of PS.

You agree not to allow any underage person or minor to view/participate in all or any part of any of these Contests, or in the site’s operations.

You accept full responsibility for your own actions.

You accept and agree that all mobile/computer instructions/responses sent over the Internet to and from PS in connection with any of the contests will be binding.
