Understanding UEFA EURO 2024 Betting Odds
How Are EURO 2024 Odds Calculated?
UEFA EURO 2024 odds are meticulously calculated by bookmakers, taking into account multiple factors that provide insights into the potential outcomes of matches.
How To Bet on UEFA Euro 2024
Current Team Performance:
Bookmakers closely analyze each team's current performance in the European Championship qualifiers and recent international matches. Factors such as form, goal-scoring abilities, defensive solidity, and overall team cohesion play an important role in setting the odds.
Historical Performances:
Past performances in UEFA EURO tournaments can influence the odds for a team. National teams with a strong track record in the competition may be favored, while those with a history of underperforming might face higher odds.
Injury and Squad Updates:
The availability of key players can significantly impact a team's chances of success. Bookmakers closely monitor injury reports and squad updates to adjust the odds accordingly.
Host Country Advantage:
As the host country, Germany may benefit from home advantage, which could impact the odds for their matches. The effect of playing on home soil can influence the expectations of bookmakers.
Consideration of External Factors:
Various external influences like weather conditions, the condition of the playing surface, and team morale can impact the outcome of matches and, subsequently, the odds.
Head-to-Head Records:
Previous encounters between teams in competitive matches or friendly games are taken into account. Teams with a history of dominating their opponents may have more favorable odds, while evenly-matched teams may have closely-contested odds.

It is a momentous occasion for Germany as it is the first time they will host the UEFA European Championship since their reunification, following their successful hosting of the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
The tournament will feature ten host cities and their respective stadiums across the country. Nine of these stadiums were previously used during the 2006 World Cup, with the addition of the Düsseldorf Arena. The host cities can be found below.
