How to Read EPL Odds
EPL point spreads are presented as either positive or negative numbers. The number beside the plus or minus sign is the amount of money you would win if you bet on the team using the EPL odds provided.

A good example of how to bet on EPL using Manchester City: betting on -150 means that for every $100 you bet, you would only win $50. On the other hand, betting on Manchester City +120 would get you $120 for every $100 you bet.
Manchester United -110 means that for every $110 you bet, you would only win $100. However, if you bet on Manchester United +105, you would win $105 for every $100 you bet.
