PUBG Global Series 2 2023 Schedule and Format
Group Stage
The PUBG Global Series 2 2023 kicks off on the 10th, with the group stage until the 12th. PUBG split the twenty-four teams into three groups of eight. Every team in the group will play each other in a round-robin style, with everyone playing at least six games. From there, the top sixteen teams advance to the Winner’s Bracket, while the bottom eight drop to the Loser’s Bracket.
Bracket Stage
The Winner’s Bracket starts on the 13th and ends the next day on the 14th. The format stays the same as the Group Stage with a round-robin system. All teams will play at least twelve games in this stage. The top eight move on to the Grand Finals, while the bottom eight don’t get to catch a break and move to the Loser’s Bracket.
The Loser’s Bracket is the same as the Winner’s Bracket but consists of teams looking for one last chance for a spot in the Grand Finals. However, the bottom eight teams are eliminated from the tournament, and the top eight join the Winner’s Bracket in the Grand Final.
Grand Final
The Grand Final is a two-day event from the 18th through the 20th. Every team in the Grand Finals gets a small break after the Bracket Stage to get ready. There will be eighteen matches in total in the Grand Final. The team that receives the Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner gets $600’000 prize money and 300 PGS points to help qualify for the PUBG Championships later this year.
