The Magic is Brewing
The Magic’s young core is looking like they are poised to excel in this league for a long time. Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner, Jalen Suggs, and the squad have an attitude that is hard to ignore, they have arrived.
German secondary star, Franz Wagner, is someone to look at in this matchup for possible prop value. Franz Wagner has averaged 26.5 points, six rebounds and 4.5 assists in the two games against the Bucks this season, he is averaging 19.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists on the season.
Besides scoring only 16 points in Sunday’s game against the Bulls (Franz only played 20 minutes), Wagner had scored 20 or more in three straight games. After missing three straight games Lillard has been back in the Bucks lineup and it looks like the Bucks are more or less fully healthy at the right time. With their three stars Giannis Antetokounmpo, Damian Lillard, and Khris Middleton all in the lineup the Bucks are 28-14.
The Bucks didn’t seem to need the offense of their big three on Tuesday when they beat the Boston Celtics 104-91. Antetokounmpo, Middleton, and Lillard only scored a combined 39 points. Surprisingly, veteran guard Patrick Beverley led the Bucks in scoring with 20 points.

Milwaukee Owns This Matchup
The Milwaukee Bucks have dominated Orlando in the last few seasons. Before their first meeting, Milwaukee had won 14 straight games against the Magic. This is not too surprising as the Bucks and Magic have been on different trajectories over the last few seasons. But it certainly is something to take into account.
In their first matchup of the year, Orlando held Milwaukee to just 97 points, in a 112-97 victory. In their second game, the Bucks, fueled by a combined 61 points from Lillard and Antetokounmpo, narrowly defeated the Magic 118-114.
This game is essential for both seeding and tie-breakers so we expect it to have a grind-it-out, playoff-like feel, making the under a decent possibility. These teams have gone under in two of their last three matchups. Orlando is 3-6-1 on over/under in their last ten and the Bucks are 6-4.
