Uncover Exclusive Picks & Predictions From Our Experts.

The Indiana Pacers are currently the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference and trying to stay afloat above the Play-In Tournament line. They’ve had some great wins in March, including over the Cleveland Cavaliers, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Orlando Magic, but they are only 5-5 in their last ten games.

The Warriors, also 5-5 in their last ten games, have struggled to find consistency all season. For every win they have in March, they followed with a loss. They also have struggled at home compared to on the road this season, meaning this game could be set-up for another disappointing loss.

Let’s look at these Pacers vs Warriors lines, check some NBA results, and see if we can find an edge for Friday’s game.

Wiggins We Need You

The Warriors have been teasing their fans all season long. They’ve had huge wins against some of the best NBA teams in the league and have dropped some of the easiest games on their schedule in terrible losses.

Andrew Wiggins, who was their second-best player in their recent NBA Championship run, has struggled to find footing all season long. Many believe that Wiggins is the key to the Warriors championship or even playoff hopes.

The Warriors had a feel-good win on Wednesday, blowing out the short-handed Memphis Grizzlies at home. Wiggins had a huge night, scoring 22 points and grabbing ten boards. The Warriors also found scoring help from the dynamic Jonathan Kuminga and veteran Klay Thompson (26 and 23 points, respectively).

In the last five games that Andrew Wiggins has scored over 20 points, the Warriors are 4-1. Wiggins has scored 15 or more in the last five Warriors games and has gone over on his points + rebounds prop bet in five of the previous six games.

The Pacers are one of the worst teams in the league at guarding forwards. They’re bottom five in both points and rebounds allowed to small forwards, so take a look at Wiggins’ props on Friday for some possible over bets.

Haliburton’s Help Needed

The Indiana Pacers dominated the Detroit Pistons 122-103, completing an NBA season sweep on Wednesday. Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton had a strong all-around performance with 20 points and nine assists, while Pascal Siakam led the scoring with 25 points.

Aaron Nesmith chipped in with 14 points, and Isaiah Jackson impressed off the bench with a 10-point, 11-rebound, 6-assist stat line. This win kicks off a five-game road trip for Indiana on a high note.

A good win against a terrible team aside, Tyrese Haliburton has been struggling of late. Although he averages over 20 points per game on the season, he has struggled to score over 20 points in any of the Pacers last six NBA games.

A lot of the attention has gone to his declining three point shooting, making more than two three-pointers only once in the entire month of March. He is shooting only a bit over 17% from three point land this month.

Haliburton has only hit his points over three times in the last ten games, and only once in the last five games. We believe this game has the potential to be high-scoring, as both of these teams sport high-paced offenses.

Pacers vs Warriors Matchup Analysis

Pacers vs Warriors lines opened at Golden State -4.5 with a total of 238. Both of these teams are 5-5 against the spread in their last ten games. The Warriors are 5-5 on totals, while the Pacers are 2-8 on their totals. With both of these teams playing so inconsistently of late it is hard to know who has an edge.

The Warriors could continue their streak of losses after wins, but recent comments from Stephen Curry have some fans believing that a turnaround is possible. Pacers fans will hope Halliburton regresses to the mean and starts hitting some threes, which could just be enough to give the Pacers the edge in Golden State.
