Knicks Headed Mile-High for Battle with Denver Nuggets
Knicks vs Nuggets Odds, Matchup and More

Knicks vs Nuggets odds are out, and the Nuggets are eight-point favorites at home Thursday. The defending champion Nuggets have turned it on of late, while the Knicks have been surviving while dealing with a myriad of injuries. Both of these teams will be fighting for playoff seeding in hopes of getting the most favorable NBA playoff schedule possible.
This matchup will feature two of the NBA’s most dominant offensive forces of very different sizes. Denver’s Nikola Jokic is the league’s best player. Although he is a seven-footer, he uses his incredible touch and passing vision to dominate more than his giant body.
New York’s star Jalen Brunson is the exact opposite. As an undersized point guard, he has been dominating offensively with his strength, physicality, and incredible footwork. Brunson and the Knicks have given New York fans something to be hyped about for the first time in a long time.
With Knicks vs. Nuggets odds opening at Nuggets -8 and the over/under at 210, let’s examine these and other bets to see if there are any opportunities for NBA parlay picks today.

Murray Dishing it Out
The Nuggets have been killing it lately. They are currently Vegas’s second favorite team to win the championship, with their NBA finals odds at +310.
The Nuggets are 8-2 in their last ten games, with the Boston Celtics as the only team with a higher net rating since the all-star break. This run has primarily been the result of Nikola Jokic having another MVP season, but his pick-and-roll partner, Jamal Murray, has also been pulling his weight.
Jamal Murray has averaged 21.0 points, 8.1 assists, and 4.8 rebounds in his last ten games. The numbers that stick out the most are his assist numbers. Jamal averages 6.7 assists per game on the NBA season but has really increased his distributing in the last few weeks.
Jamal has hit the assists over in eight of his last ten games. We imagine oddsmakers will finally start to increase his assist totals and the Knicks defense is top ten in preventing assists from point guards, it may finally be time to take the Murray assists under.
The Nuggets overcame a late-game collapse to squeak by the Minnesota Timberwolves 115-112 on Tuesday. Despite blowing an 18-point lead, Nikola Jokic’s 35 points and 16 rebounds led the way, while Michael Porter Jr. came alive in the fourth with 13 of his 26 points.
Joker and Ant battled all night with the #2 spot in the West at stake, with the Nuggets coming out on top in a thriller 🃏🐜

This win against another Western Conference top seed should feel great, but the Timberwolves were missing their top three big men due to injury and had an opportunity at a potential tying shot at the buzzer.
The Knicks are the top team in the league regarding points and assists allowed to centers, so Jokic may have a harder fight on Thursday.
Brunson for the Win
Jalen Brunson is that guy. He is only a bit more than one year removed from being a sixth man and now is the bonafide superstar of arguably the most popular basketball team in the world.
From being a second pick in the draft to leading his father’s old NBA team, Brunson is more than just a good story, he has arrived as an undeniable star.
Brunson may not be the sexiest superstar in the league; he doesn’t have flashy play and isn’t a super athlete, but he knows how to win. The Knicks are 40-23 when Brunson plays, and many of those wins have been without the Knicks (arguably) second-best NBA player, Julius Randle. The Knicks are currently on a four-game winning streak.
Brunson has scored 45, 42 and 34 points in the last three games. If oddsmakers set his point total high on Thursday he could also be a possible under bet opportunity.

Nuggets Can Overpower
Knicks vs Nuggets odds opened with the Knicks as 8-point underdogs on the road and the total is set at 211. The total of 211 is relatively low, but the Knicks have only allowed over 100 points in one of their last six NBA games.
These two teams have been defensively superior since the all-star break, and we expect this to be a low-scoring affair. We also believe there is some blow-out potential with Denver clicking of late and playing at altitude on their home court.
