The Esports Games Battleground Is At It Again!

Get ready, for the Boston Breach Major I is here, bringing all the action straight from the digital battlefield. Twelve teams are set to clash in Boston, Massachusetts, aiming for a whopping $500,000 prize.

This four-day encounter is not just a game – it’s a battleground where strategy, speed, and skill collide. Let’s dive into the details, including the nail-biting schedule and the unique format of this high-stakes competition.

The Battle Blueprint

The 2024 CDL season will have four regular season Majors included that lead to a World Championship, which is a format departing from the past 5 regular season Majors seen previously.

Qualifying will also be different for said Majors. Four weeks of qualifying lead up to Majors I and IV, and there are also five weeks of qualifying for Majors II and III. Teams are now to play 7 matches per qualifier, two more than in the previous seasons. Those qualifiers are for deciding the seeding for the Major they are leading up to.

Major LAN weekends will still have the same format as last season.

The Call of Duty League tournament format is like a game of chess with an extra dose of adrenaline. And it’s not just about being good; it’s about being the best.
