Shoot on Matsuyama to Repeat as Masters Champion

Japanese Golfer is at 20-1 to Win Per the 2024 PGA The Masters Odds

The Masters is here and we couldn’t be more excited to see the world’s best golfers at Augusta National. PGA golf this weekend doesn’t get any bigger and there is exceptional value available with betting markets. The 2024 PGA The Masters odds have Scottie Scheffler with the shortest odds at +350. But it could be another past champion who emerges victorious on Sunday.

Uncover Exclusive Picks & Predictions From Our Experts.

Japanese Star Getting Close

It has been an incredible bounce-back year for Hideki Matsuyama, who produced another solid finish at the Valero Texas Open.

The 32-year-old won the 2021 Masters and has consistently shot good PGA golf scores all year.

He finished T6 at The Players, which is always a good form guide for The Masters, and he won the Genesis Open when beating the likes of Will Zalatoris, Xander Schauffele, and Patrick Cantlay.

He’s going under the radar with 2024 PGA The Masters odds at +2000. There has been some specking for him, so bettors have caught on, but the price is still great value.

His experience playing Augusta could set him apart, and there is much better value in the +2000 price than taking Scheffler at ridiculous odds of +350.

Schauffele to Break the Duck

The 30-year-old American is arguably the most consistent golfer in the world. But he keeps recording top-five finishes without winning. Schauffele is far too good to have not won a major and we expect to see him at the top of the PGA leaderboard.

The multiple-time major runner-up needs to start better because he puts himself in the mix on the weekend. This could finally be his year to shine in the majors.

Schauffele’s pair of runner-up finishes in the majors including the 2019 Masters. He knows what it takes to be in contention. This should help down the stretch,

It comes as no surprise to see his odds at +1600. He’s always well-backed to win golf tournaments and loyal bettors deserve some success.

Rahm Leads LIV Charge

There are many LIV players represented with 2024 PGA The Masters odds. None are better than Jon Rahm.

Last year’s champion has a 10/1 chance to repeat, and although he has yet to win on the LIV Tour, that shows the depth of the breakaway tour.

The Spaniard is easily good enough to beat the best in the world. And he loves playing around Augusta. Considering Rory McIlroy, who hasn’t done much on the PGA Tour in 2024 has the same odds, there is much better value with Rahm.

He comes off a tidy performance in Miami, where he won the team section and this should give him confidence.

Another LIV player to watch is Joaquin Niemann, who has been a revelation. He has played the best of any LIV player this year, and we’re happy to lock in the +2500 odds for the Chilean.

Massive Odds for Straka

Sepp Straka isn’t the easiest golfer to follow. But the Austrian could give bettors a good sight this week.

He is a two-time PGA Tour winner with wins coming in the 2022 Honda Classic and 2023 John Deere Classic. Those tournaments are not on the same level as The Masters. But he has made the cut twice in his two Augusta appearances.

2023 was a great year for the big man at the majors. He finished T2 at The Open Championship, T7 at the PGA Championship, and T46 at Augusta.

He handles the toughest tournaments, so his 2024 PGA The Masters odds of +17,500 are juicy.

Some Tiger Magic?

It’s always fun to see Tiger Woods in action, and winning The Masters isn’t beyond him.

No one thought he would win in 2019. Although his injury concerns have only increased since then, there is always hope he’ll add to his impressive majors record.

The 48-year-old has defied logic his entire career. He struggles to walk around the course, so that’s against him. But he changed the game forever and with good reason.

Woods could pull another rabbit out of the hat, and at odds of +10,000, he’s worth having on your ticket. Those odds are likely to firm as the sentimental support comes for him throughout the week.
