Golden State Favored with Warriors vs Grizzlies Odds

Western Conference Showcase

The Golden State Warriors are desperate for success as they face the weakened Memphis Grizzlies.

Memphis is without Ja Morant and Desmond Bane, which is why Warriors vs Grizzlies odds are so one-sided.

Golden State is a -8 favorite with bet online markets, so it’s expected to prevail on the road.

Warriors Need to Step Up

It’s time for the Warriors to start playing well after dropping NBA games to the Raptors, Pelicans, and Bucks over the last week.

It’s not good enough for a team with their roster, which includes Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.

Uncover Exclusive Picks & Predictions From Our Experts.

Not having Chris Paul is a worry, but playing on the road won’t be a problem for the Warriors, who are 11-6 against the spread away from home.

Losing to New Orleans 141-105 was a poor effort. They haven’t been impressing with NBA results, but they have time to change and turn the season around.

Having an 18-21 record is not like the Warriors, who have been one of the best bets over the last few years. They are 7-10 straight up on the road, but Warriors vs Grizzlies odds have them heavily favored to win.

That has more to do with the missing Grizzlies’ players, but if there’s a team ready to showcase their best basketball, it’s the Warriors.

We expect money to come for the road team on game night.

Tough Times for Grizzlies

Losing Morant to surgery is one thing, but having Bane out of action adds to their worries.

The Grizzlies come off consecutive losses to the Clippers and Knicks, scoring just 94 points last time on court.

That won’t be enough to keep in touch with the Warriors, who are expected to score at least 116 points.

Of the NBA games today, this is the most intriguing. It will be interesting to see how the Grizzlies play without their best scorers on the floor.

Some NBA teams step up and perform at their best, especially the bench players who wouldn’t usually get the opportunity to shine. The Grizzlies have a few of those players, but with Steven Adams also out for the year, the depth comes into the question.

We’re not surprised by the +8 line, which could move to double digits. Playing at home isn’t a positive, with a 3-15 home record, which is shocking.

Their home fans haven’t had anything to cheer about, but they’re playing a Warriors team who aren’t at their best. They could capitalize on that, and at least test the Warriors in the fourth quarter.

We worry for their scoring ability, and if either Curry or Thompson gets hot, it could get ugly very early for the home side.

Warriors to Prove Themselves

There isn’t much confidence in the Warriors anymore, but this is a great chance for them to prove themselves.

Warriors vs Grizzlies odds could have easily had the Warriors at around -12, so we’re happy with the generous line available.

We expect a big performance from Thompson, who hasn’t been himself since returning from injury. However, we’re happy to stay patience with him.

Include Thompson to score over his points total in what could be a standout performance from the former All-Star player.

We’re also including over 227. We don’t expect much from the Grizzlies, but the Warriors could score a big total, and the Grizzlies only need to score around 100 points for the over to cash.
