Alcaraz Eyes Consecutive Titles at ATP Miami

2024 Miami Open Odds

It’s a hotly contested betting market, with 2024 Miami Open odds between Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, and Daniil Medvedev.

Alcaraz got the better of Medvedev and Sinner at Indian Wells last week, so the Spanish sensation is back to his best.

The tennis best players in the rankings are out in force, and it’s one of the biggest tournaments on the tennis schedule.

Problem Solved for Favorite

Alcaraz went through a rough patch of form, primarily due to his weak serve. However, he is back to his best with a win at Indian Wells.

Getting past Sinner in the semifinals was a massive achievement. He lost the first set 6-1, but rebounded with a 6-3, 6-2 victory. It was a significant victory for the 20-year-old, who had been going through a crisis of confidence.

“I stayed strong mentally,” Alcaraz said. “I think that’s a really important part in this game. You have to be strong mentally if you want to overcome these kind of matches, a set down against someone that’s playing an unbelievable game. I’m really happy with the things that I’ve done after that.” Carlos Alcaraz

He then took care of business in the final with a 6-1 final set against Medvedev, so he enters Miami full of confidence.

The two-time grand slam winner has a busy tennis schedule over the next few months, and he would love to rack up some more victories at ATP tournaments.

2024 Miami Open odds have him fancied to win, and we can’t leave him out of our tennis selections.

Stick with Yannik

Sinner might have been beaten last week, but he’s still one of the best players in the field.

The 22-year-old Italian, who won the Australian Open earlier this year, is in his best position with ATP rankings, and he could continue his improvement.

He followed up his Australian Open win with a victory at ATP Rotterdam, so his loss to Alcaraz was his first in 2024.

That’s a seriously impressive winning run, losing your first match of the year in March. He would have been disappointed to lose after taking the opening set, but it showed there is very little between the world’s best players.

Given his career trajectory, including Sinner in tennis picks is a must. He’s one of the brightest stars on the ATP Tour and has been a great wager over the last two years.

What’s Next for Rune?

He might be only 20 years old, but Holger Rune needs to show us something.

The Danish player keeps playing well enough to make the quarters and sometimes the semis, but he needs to push his game to another level.

Miami could be the perfect place for Rune to score a breakout win, and we know he has the talent.

Anyone who watches tennis knows he has the natural ability to beat the best in the world, but he has lacked the emotional maturity that the likes of Alcaraz and Sinner possess.

However, we’re happy to include him with 2024 Miami Open odds because bettors always get a value price.

He’s often around the +800 mark to win tournaments, and one of these days, he’ll come through for loyal supporters.

Fritz on the Fritz?

Taylor Fritz looked great when winning at Delray Beach in February, but what on earth has happened since?

He is one of the brightest stars in US tennis, but losing in the Round of 32 at Mexico and Round of 16 at Indian Wells isn’t good enough.

The big serving American is a much better player than that, but he has always suffered from a lack of confidence, which is unlike most American players.

He needs to rediscover his swagger because, with a serve like his, he’s good enough to be the new Andy Roddick. However, as a 26-year-old, time is running out for him to make a lasting impact.

We’re happy to stick with him for another week based on his talent alone.
