OWL 2023 Midseason Madness: Earn Rewards Watching the Pros
Witness the Overwatch Legends

The excitement is building in the Overwatch community for Midseason Madness, the first cross-region tournament of the Overwatch League’s 2023 circuit. The OWL 2023 Midseason Madness marks the end of the spring season for both regions.
At the OWL 2023 Midseason Madness, teams from the East and West will clash for the first time this year after making it through the Knockout bracket, including Contenders teams that qualified through the Spring Stage Opens!
This year, the Midseason Madness will be held at the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX) in Seoul, South Korea. The event takes place from June 16th to June 18th. Six teams will compete for a $1,080,000 prize pool.
The prize pool for Midseason Madness was increased due to a complaint from Hangzhou Spark’s management due to seeding arrangements for the Eastern region teams. This has resulted in the 5-6th places receiving extra prize money and the prize pool increasing to $1,080,000 from $900,000.
Participating Teams
The event will feature six Overwatch League teams, four from the West region and two from the East region. Atlanta Reign and Houston Outlaws, the top two teams from the West’s Spring Stage Qualifiers, locked up the first spots in the OWL 2023 Midseason Madness tournament.
After fighting through the Spring Stage Knockouts, Boston Uprising and Florida Mayhem booked their tickets to Seoul. Boston is making a clean upper-bracket run, and Florida Mayhem is making a lower-bracket run.
The East saw Contenders teams fighting alongside OWL teams for the two slots, which saw Hangzhou Spark and Seoul Infernal take the two spots relatively cleanly.
Here are all six teams competing at the OWL 2023 Midseason Madness, along with their esports odds, to win the grand prize!

- Houston Houtlaws (+500)
- Seoul Infernal (+700)
