Niemann Proving Class, Headlines LIV Picks

LIV Golf Hong Kong Odds

Joaquin Niemann is playing the best golf of anyone in the world, and he’s a top pick with LIV Golf Hong Kong odds this week.

The Chilean is on the second line of betting at +650 behind Jon Rahm, who is still seeking his first LIV win since moving from the PGA Tour.

LIV heads to Hong Kong for the first time, and it’s arguably more exciting than the PGA Tour schedule.

Backing the In-Form Player

Coming off a win in Jeddah, Niemann is the man to follow over the next few months at LIV tournaments and in majors.

The 25-year-old is one of the best golfers on the planet, and regardless of what tour he’s playing on, no one can deny that.

Beating a field with ease that contains Rahm, Tyrrell Hatton, Brooks Koepka, and Dustin Johnson isn’t easy, and he’s making it look easy.

The two-time PGA Tour winner usually wins with ease. He won The Greenbrier in 2019 by six strokes before winning the Genesis by two strokes over Collin Morikawa and Cameron Young.

The 2023 Australian Open champion has yet to finish inside the top 10 in a major, but we believe he’ll achieve that feat in 2024.

He should be near the top of the LIV Golf leaderboard, and bettors get +650. That’s a fair price for someone in his class, so we’re putting him on top.

A Matter of Time for Rahm

We’re going to take the LIV Golf Hong Kong odds for Rahm, because it’s only a matter of time before he wins.

Since arriving on the LIV Tour, he has been right around the mark without winning. However, he’ll eventually get used to the different styles of play, the music playing, and the general atmosphere.

He can’t be expected to change tours and have immediate success, and the quality of opposition is much stronger than what he was facing most weeks on the PGA Tour.

His golf betting stats read well, and he has been one of the better wagers over the last five years.

Rahm is all class, and although +500 is on the shorter side, applying the chase theory will pay off sooner or later.

Overdue Win Coming for Smith

Cameron Smith hasn’t been at his best over the last few months, and visible frustration appears.

However, the Australian champion is worth sticking with for at least another week, and bettors get value LIV Golf Hong Kong odds.

The 30-year-old was at his best in 2022, immediately before leaving for LIV. He won The Players at TPC Sawgrass before winning the Open Championship later in the year.

Anything close to that form is good enough to win on the LIV Tour, and he is a three-time winner. He won the 2022 LIV Golf Invitational Chicago before winning the 2023 London and Bedminster events.

His best form is just around the corner, and getting +1800 odds is a great value price.

Get a Bankroll Boost with Oost

Louis Oosthuizen played well in Jeddah, and the South African is always worth including in selections.

The 41-year-old owns a win in the 2010 Open Championship, and although that’s 14 years ago, he has consistently won around the world since.

He has finished runner-up in all four major championships, and there aren’t many golfers on either tour who can say that.

He finished second in the 2021 PGA Championship most recently and has since added wins in the Alfred Dunhill Championship and Mauritius Open.

We’re loving the +2000 odds for the experienced golfer, who chased gamely behind Niemann last week, and he’s good enough to turn the tables.
