Gaining Traction
The Warriors have put together three road wins from their last four games, and it couldn’t have come at a better time.
They improved to 23-25 with a 127-104 over the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday, where most of the starters were given plenty of rest, which will help them against the Pacers.
Their recent NBA results include wins over the 76ers and Grizzlies. They’re not the hardest teams to beat (76ers without Joel Embiid), but they should give them plenty of confidence.
It was good to see that Klay Thompson scored some valuable points, and if he’s anywhere near his best, the Warriors could go on a winning run heading into the All-Star break.
They are also getting good production from Andrew Wiggins, who has been the forgotten piece of the puzzle. If he plays well, the Warriors are good enough to beat any team in the NBA.

Pacers Bouncing Back
Things didn’t look good for the Pacers after losing three on the bounce. However, they bounced back with wins over the Hornets and Rockets.
It was a close game against the Rockets, winning 132-129, so we question if they should be such dominant favorites.
New recruit Pascal Siakam produced the goods, so that’s a good sign.
“That’s how we’ve got to be, that’s how we’ve got to play defense to continue to evolve, which I think is an area that can make us a special team,” Siakam said.
An NBA playoff position looks likely for the Pacers if they continue playing well, but beating teams like the Warriors is a must. The Warriors have much more experience, so this will be a good test for the home side.
The Pacers have a 28-21-3 ATS record, but they’re only 14-11-2 at home. That’s of slight concern against a Warriors team full of energy.
Their NBA finals odds have shortened over the last few months, so they’re a popular bet, but covering -6 isn’t easy.
