Bayern Stays on Top of UCL Group
Bayern Munich fell behind 2-0 at RB Leipzig last Saturday, and it looked like they were headed toward a second straight defeat vs. Leipzig. However, Harry Kane got a goal back on a 57th-minute penalty, and Leroy Sane scored on a counterattack to level the score. With the 2-2 draw, Bayern stayed unbeaten in the Bundesliga.
Along with Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern have scored the most goals in the league so far. They’ve scored at least twice in every single Bundesliga match they’ve played this season, which has made them a solid soccer bet. SC Freiburg opened up in October with their first Bundesliga win since August. Hosting Augsburg at the Europa-Park Stadion, Freiburg’s Vincenzo Grifo converted a penalty in the first five minutes of the match. Grifo turned provider in the second half when his corner found Philipp Lienhart’s head, and the defender found the back of the net. The 2-0 win marked Freiburg’s second straight Bundesliga shutout following a scoreless draw at Eintracht Frankfurt.

They’ll be playing on short rest on Sunday following Thursday’s Europa League match vs. West Ham.
