The Brazilian has scored five goals since joining from Manchester City in the Summer and he’s the number nine Arsenal sorely lacked last season. This is also a much deeper Arsenal team than in recent seasons. Solid players like Takehiro Tomiyasu, Kieran Tierney and Fabio Vieira are finding it difficult to break into the starting XI.

The relentless pressing that they’ve been known for hasn’t been as intense this season. Virgil van Dijk has looked like a shell of himself and even Mo Salah has struggled a bit.
