CDL Stage 3 Betting Odds: Week 3 Qualifiers
CDL Major 3 is set to take place in Texas, hosted by OpTic, at the Esports Stadium in Arlington. Before that, though, all 12 CDL teams face off in the five CDL Stage 3 qualifier matches to determine their seeding for the tournament.
With the Call of Duty Championship looming, now is the time for teams to really show out. The new look Toronto Ultra has already leveled up their game in the CDL Stage 3 qualifiers, and LA Thieves bounced back from an early Vegas Legion loss to stay hot as well.
Tournament Standings and Format
The CDL split the CDL Stage 3 qualifiers over three weeks before the Stage 3 Major starts later this month. As a result, each of the twelve teams will play against each other once and play four games. Every team will qualify for the CDL Stage 3 Major in Arlington, but they will be seeded depending on how many points they earn. Teams will earn 10 CDL points for every win.

Week Two CDL Stage 3 Qualifiers Results
Week two of the CDL Stage 3 qualifiers were full of teams beating each other! This is the first qualifier where we’ve seen at least half of the matches end 3-0. Toronto is on a tear and could be the team to watch heading into the Arlington Major.

The last week is for every team to go big or go home. That third match will be the match to momentum going into the CDL Stage 3 Major. However, it can also ruin teams’ chances of reaching the upper bracket. So every esports bettor should watch these three critical matchups for the last week of the CDL Stage 3 qualifiers.
Here are the matchups and esports predictions for each one:
Seattle Surge (-227) vs London Royal Ravens (+162)
Throughout the CDL Stage 3 qualifiers, Seattle has quietly been one of the better-performing teams. With a win against the Royal Ravens, they could secure a spot in the upper bracket at the Arlington Major and prove themselves after a poor second Major. On the other hand, the Royal Ravens hope to keep a decent place for the Arlington Major to help secure themselves a good run through the tournament. Seattle should win this matchup.
New York Subliners (-149) vs OpTic Texas (+111)
A battle for fifth place comes on Saturday as both the Subliners and OpTic desperately need a win to secure a top stop in the upper bracket. OpTic are coming off a resounding victory in their last match, while the Subliners hope to bounce back after a tough loss. Both teams deserve a win. However, the Subliners have been on fire since the first Major. Our bet is on New York to come out on top.
LA Thieves (-149) vs Boston Breach (+111)
After starting the CDL Stage 3 qualifiers strong, the Boston Breach suffered an embarrassing loss to Florida. They are still high up the table, but they will look to bounce back and hold their place. On the other hand, LA Thieves are on a hot streak and hope to continue that momentum heading into the Arlington Major. Therefore, LA Thieves are the team esports bettors should go with in this matchup.
