Club América is a seven-time winner of the Concacaf Champions Cup/Champions League, the most recent victory coming in the 2015-16 edition. Club América has earned six Copa MX titles, last winning in Clausura 2019, and has won the Campeon de Campeones six times, most recently in 2019.
