Win the Max with Min Woo Lee
Australia’s Min Woo Lee has a big following, and Australians have an excellent record at The Masters.
Looking to follow in the footsteps of Adam Scott and also Jason Day, who always plays well at Augusta, Lee is good enough to cause a shake in betting markets.
He hasn’t shown his best golf since arriving on the PGA Tour, but the golf leaderboard could feature him on Sunday.
Lee did well to finish second in the Cognizant Classic in March, and although that came against a much easier field, it gave him a taste of what success could feel like.
He’s a winner on the DP World Tour, and getting +11000 with PGA The Masters odds is too good to pass up.
There are much much less-skilled players at shorter odds.
Don’t Fall Foul of Fowler
We can’t remember the last time Rickie Fowler was paying +12,500 to win a golf tournament.
The 35-year-old isn’t playing his best golf, but he showed glimpses of his best form returning at the end of last year.
He comes off a missed cut at the Valero Texas Open, but Fowler has always been a player who plays his best golf in the big tournaments.
His PGA golf scores at The Masters have been excellent throughout his career, including a second-place finish in 2018, a T5 finish in 2014, and a T9 finish in 2019.
Having not played The Masters over the last three years should spur him on. He’s keen to get back to one of his favorite courses, and the PGA The Masters odds are too good to overlook.
He’s a good roughie bet, and he often starts well, so his odds should shorten with live betting markets.
Former Champ Returns
We love Sergio Garcia, and he came into form on the LIV Tour last week.
The former Masters champion knows how to win a PGA golf tournament, and we loved seeing him return to form in Miami.
He lost in a playoff after three-putting the final hole. Putting has been massively detrimental to his career, but he had the flat stick rolling when winning in 2017.
Despite having never won on the LIV Tour, he has lost in a playoff three times. Some of the best golfers play on that tour, so there’s nothing wrong with his form.
Getting +15,000 for Garcia is a steal, and it reminds us of when Phil Mickelson paid +12500 to win the 2021 PGA Championship.
Big Value with Cole
It will take an incredible week for Eric Cole to win, but the +35000 odds make him worth having on your ticket.
The 2023 Rookie of the Year has mixed form in 2024, but he finished T14 at Pebble Beach and T21 at the Arnold Palmer.
He hasn’t been far away from beating quality fields, and he could make an impact at Augusta National this week.
It would be a big upset, hence the mammoth odds, but it’s not like he’s come out of nowhere. He showed last year that he’s a quality player, so he could exceed all expectations in his first attempt at The Masters.
