Serie A Matchday 15 Fixtures & Odds
Two Month Break Ahead
Atalanta vs. Inter and Juve vs. Lazio on Sunday
Get ready for the last set of Serie A matches for nearly two months. The Serie A Matchday 15 fixtures are the last before the World Cup and winter break. Without Italy in the World Cup…again…it should be a good time for a lot of teams to regroup and get healthy. With the form they’re in, though, Napoli must be wishing they could continue their momentum. Let’s preview their match vs. Udinese along with three other must-bet Serie A matches.
Games of the Week:
Napoli vs. Udinese
Date, time (TV):
Location: Stadio Diego Armando Maradona
Napoli are on a two-month, ten-match Serie A winning streak. They’ve proven they can win dominantly and can grind out ugly victories. They’ll face another test on Saturday as they host Udinese at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona. Napoli currently have an eight-point lead in the Italy Serie A standings and can extend it further Saturday.
The Partenopei are -210 favorites and also favored to cover the one-goal spread, at -130 odds. Udinese have drawn their last three matches and show +110 odds to cover and +525 odds to win.
A draw sits at +375 odds and it’d be a seventh of the soccer season for Udinese. With Victor Osimhen in great form for Napoli, it’ll be difficult for Udinese to shut him down. Perhaps that’s part of the reason why over three goals is listed at -115 odds. The under is priced at -105 and none of Udinese’s last five matches have gone over three.
Atalanta vs. Inter Milan
Date, time (TV):
Location: Gewiss Stadium,Bergamo
Inter Milan overtook Atalanta in the Serie A table during Matchweek 14 and they can create even more distance on Sunday. In one of the best Serie A Matchday 15 fixtures, Inter head to Bergamo. Inter got a huge 6-1 win over Bologna on Wednesday while Atalanta disappointingly fell 2-1 at Lecce. It was Atalanta’s first road loss of the season and they’re just 3-2-2 at home.
In this pick’em, Atalanta are priced at +125 odds to cover, while Inter sit at -145 odds. This has been an incredibly draw heavy fixture in recent seasons, as five of the last seven have finished level. Both matches ended in draws last season and a third straight shows +260 odds.
Inter, who are undefeated in the last seven meetings, sit at +130 odds. Meanwhile, Atalanta, who have lost two games in a row, are +200 underdogs. Under three goals displays -130 odds, while the over comes in at +110. Inter have scored an impressive 13 goals in their last four games.
AC Milan vs. Fiorentina
Date, time (TV):
Location: Stadio Giuseppe Meazza,Milan
AC Milan still aren’t past their injury crisis but two soccer players will return from suspension for this one. Expect Theo Hernandez and Olivier Giroud to slot back into the starting lineup after missing Tuesday’s scoreless draw at Cremonese.
Fiorentina have lacked a prolific striker since Dusan Vlahovic’s departure but have managed three wins in a row. With their good form, this should be one of the more intriguing Serie A Matchday 15 fixtures.
Nikola Milenkovic and Giacomo Bonaventura both have two goals on their winning streak.
Scudetto holders AC Milan (-½) are priced at -135 odds to cover and their moneyline is the same. Fiorentina (+½) sit at +115 odds to cover and they’re also priced at +365 odds to get a fourth consecutive win. Nikola Milenkovic and Giacomo Bonaventura both have two goals on their winning streak.
There have only been two draws in the last eleven meetings and a deadlock comes in at +290 odds. Milan have scored just three goals in their last three matches and the over/under total for the match is 2½ goals. The over is listed at -115 odds compared to -105 for the under.
Juventus vs. Lazio
Date, time (TV):
Location: Allianz Stadium,Turin
In one of the best matches of the weekend, Juventus clash with Lazio. Both teams play on Thursday, so they’ll be on short rest before their Sunday matchup. If Juve defeat Hellas Verona, both teams will be in the top four at the time of this match.
Defense has been key for both teams this season as they have the best defensive records in the league. The Serie A odds price hosts Juventus as -105 favorites, while Lazio sit at +295 odds. A draw is also listed at +255 odds.
Juve have been the more successful team in this fixture recently, with three wins and two draws in the last five. Juve -½ is priced at the same odds as their moneyline and Lazio +½ displays -115 odds. Ciro Immobile may be fit and ready for Lazio after recovering from an injury, however, winger Mattia Zaccagni remains out.
Juve’s star striker Dusan Vlahovic has missed a bunch of time recently and it’s unclear whether he’ll be back in time for the match. Even though multiple attacking players are out, the over is favored. Over 2½ shows -115 odds and the under comes in at -105.
