Prochazka Tops UFC 295 Props Bets

UFC 295 features a great card of MMA fights, headlined by Jiri Prochazka vs Alex Pereira.

The card at Madison Square Garden also features Pavlovich vs Aspinall and Andrade vs Dern, so we’re excited.
Czech KO Cashing In
The former UFC light heavyweight champion hasn’t fought for over a year, and although he had to give up his title, he could win it back on Saturday.
Before vacating his title, he submitted Glover Texeira, which was an impressive performance. However, his spinning-back elbow knockout of Dominick Reyes was much more exciting.
His return won’t be easy against Pereira, who has taken the division by storm. However, Prochazka is ready for war.
“For me this week, laser focus – it’s about laser focus for the performance on the event night,” Prochazka said. “It’s not just about me; it’s just about my opponent, too. Which performance and how good the performance of my opponent will be, that will be mine.”
We think he wants to send a message when reclaiming his title. Our UFC prop bets expect him to win at underdog odds, but we’re taking the value for a knockout win.
UFC 295 props bets include Prochazka at +185 to win by KO, TKO, or DQ. It’s a value price for the better fighter, and we can’t see it going to a decision.
Pavlovich Paving the Way
We expect there to be plenty of excitement at UFC 295, including Sergei Pavlovich winning with a big knockout.
The 18-1 fighter is underrated in the heavyweight division, but he could make an almighty impression against Tom Aspinall.
The 31-year-old scored a first-round knockout victory against Curtis Blaydes, which is excellent form for this division.
His form in 2022 included three consecutive knockouts of Shamil Abdurakhimov, Derrick Lewis, and Tai Tuivasa, so there are no holes in his record.
Aspinall is another quality fighter, but we don’t rate the British 13-3 fighter as highly as the sportsbook.
Many UFC fight night bets have him on top, but that’s a huge disrespect to Pavlovich, who is one of our best UFC 295 props bets.
Dern Looking Stern
Mackenzie Dern could take advantage of Jessica Andrade going through a rough period in her career.
Andrade hasn’t looked good for some time, and her recent form has been terrible, so she’s there for the taking.
Dern has yet to rise to this level, but the American looks like one of our best UFC bets at UFC 295.
She comes off a decision win against Angela Hill, but given Andrade’s recent history of being finished, Dern could sink in a choke and force the Brazillian to tap.
Dern is a +175 chance to win by submission, which is the clear favorite with UFC 295 props bets, so we’re including it in our picks.
Dern’s most recent losses came to Marina Rodriguez and Xiaonan Yan, so she has been beaten only by classy UFC fighters.
Andrade was once in that category, but her confidence has been rocked lately, and we don’t think she has recovered.
