We can argue that the NFL’s “North” divisions have produced the best teams to bet on online this 2023. Baltimore, Cleveland, and now Green Bay are playing above expectations, at least on the betting lines. Thus, the three make up our best bets for the NFL teaser odds for Week 14. Tease these matchups for an easy win.
Los Angeles Rams vs Baltimore Ravens 
Records: Rams (6-6), Ravens (9-3)

Baltimore comes off a bye and takes on the Rams in what should be a rainy game. With wind speeds expected to hit 20 miles per hour, this benefits the Ravens’ run-heavy style. Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles’s quarterback, may struggle to throw the ball in this weather and against the Ravens’ league-leading pass rush (47 sacks).
The Ravens have blown out several teams at home, from Houston to Detroit, and have won seven straight games against the NFC. However, 7.5 is not a number we’re comfortable with given the conditions e.g., it will be harder to kick field goals.
Thus, let’s push Baltimore’s line down to -1. All it has to do is beat the Rams by more than a point to cover as one of the best NFL teasers this week. Tease the Ravens from -7.5 to -1.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs Cleveland Browns 
Records: Jaguars (8-4), Browns (7-5)

The Browns have not been as dominant as the Ravens. But they are one of three teams that beat them. Cleveland is also 5-1 at home, and even with old man Joe Flacco now at quarterback, this team is still worth betting on. Flacco has had an 83.1 passer rating since 2018, per his NFL stats, which is not the best number. But he’s going against someone worse.
Jacksonville is down to C.J. Beathard at QB due to Trevor Lawrence’s injury. As ancient as Flacco is, we’ll give him the edge over Beathard, who has not started a game since 2020 and has a 2-10 record as one. The Jaguars will also miss Christian Kirk, who leads the team in receiving yards.
Cleveland also has an edge with their linemen. The Browns are in the top two in pressure rate and QB knockdown percentage. Their offensive line is graded as a top-10 unit. Jacksonville’s linemen are a tier below. Hence, saddling the Browns with 6.5 points makes for one of the best NFL teaser odds for Week 14, as we can’t see this team losing by more than a FG. Tease the Browns from -3 to +3.5.
Green Bay Packers vs New York Giants

When it comes to recent form, few teams can outdo the Packers. Green Bay has won and covered four of its last five games. And it beat Kansas City and Detroit in back-to-back weeks. Jordan Love and the offense have evolved into becoming a prolific unit. And the defense is still top-10 in scoring.
The Giants are on a two-game winning streak themselves. But these wins came against the Commanders and Patriots. One has the worst defense, and the other has the worst offense. Against teams at .500 or better, the Giants are 0-6 and 1-5 against the spread (ATS).
Green Bay should win this game. But the Giants’ defense could make it tougher than the NFL odds this week suggest. So, teasing the Packers down to a pick’em should make for solid NFL Teaser Odds for Week 14. Tease the Packers from -6.5 to pk.
