NFL Full Schedule Week 16 with Spreads: Christmas Week Brings Strong Slate

Cowboys vs Dolphins, Ravens vs 49ers Headline Week

Christmas Week features a solid schedule of NFL games. While there may not be any big marquee games, there are enough good games to make it a week to look forward to. The week features a pair of Saturday games and three games on Christmas Day, so bettors have four days of NFL games to look forward to. The NFL Full Schedule Week 16 with spreads show seven road teams favored, although most are only by a point or two.

Saints logo New Orleans Saints at Las Angeles Rams Rams logo

Day/Time:
Odds: New Orleans -1
Moneyline: New Orleans -115

The week begins with the New Orleans Saints visiting Los Angeles, a game both teams are probably happy to be playing. By playing early in the week, players can spend the holidays at home before gearing up for next week. New Orleans is favored by a point on the road.

This is a pretty good stretch for New Orleans, which can solidify a playoff spot. New Orleans plays Carolina and the N.Y. Giants before this game and has Tampa Bay and Atlanta afterwards. The Saints will be favored in all five games. The Rams are playing the second of two straight home games in just their second nationally televised game of the season. The Rams are worth a shot in a teaser to kick off NFL Week 16.

Bengals logo Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers Steelers logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Cincinnati -2.5
Moneyline: Cincinnati -130

The NFL full schedule Week 16 odds have the Bengals favored by 2.5 at Pittsburgh in a rematch of their Week 12 game. Cincinnati will be on the road once again the following week when they visit Kansas City. Pittsburgh is playing its lone home game of the last four weeks.

So this is a game Pittsburgh needs to win. The Steelers were 4-4 at home last season, but their worst loss was a 7-point loss to these Bengals. The NFL Week 16 Vegas odds suggest a teaser play on the Steelers +8.5 in this spot.

Bills logo Buffalo Bills at Las Angeles Chargers Chargers logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Buffalo -1
Moneyline: Buffalo -115

A pretty good game to close out Saturday night, as the Bills visit the Chargers. The NFL odds have Buffalo favored by 1. The Chargers were 5-3 at home last season but did lose by 14 and 28 points, which makes it hard to take them in a teaser. The Bills have been playing a nasty schedule that has seen them take on the Jets, Eagles, Chiefs and Cowboys.

This is Buffalo’s third road game in the last four weeks. The Chargers look to be in better shape for this game, having played the Raiders last week, and have a quick rematch with the Broncos up next. This could be a game to look at the NFL Week 16 over under lines and play this one under. The Bills were 1-7 in road totals last season, while the Chargers were 3-5 in totals at home.

Packers logo Green Bay Packers at Carolina Panthers Panthers logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Green Bay -1
Moneyline: Green Bay -115

The first game on the Christmas Eve schedule is the Packers taking on a rare away favorite role this season at Carolina. This is one of two games where Green Bay is an early road favorite. The Packers are coming off a home game with Tampa Bay, while the Panthers are playing their second straight home game. Jordan Love may be a little head of Bryce Young at this point in their careers, having had more time to learn the pro game. The Packers are a decent NFL Week 16 spread play.

Browns logo Cleveland Browns at Houston Texans Texans logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Cleveland -4
Moneyline: Cleveland -190

The NFL odds have Cleveland favored by four at Houston, and there will be plenty of hype regarding Deshaun Watson visiting his former team. While there will be some pressure on Watson, CJ Stroud will likely feel a little added heat. That’s not an ideal position for a young player, especially when he had nothing to do with Watson’s departure. The NFL Week 16 lines could lend themselves to an under play in this one.

Colts logo Indianapolis Colts at Atlanta Falcons Falcons logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Atlanta -3
Moneyline: Atlanta -150

The Falcons are 3-point favorites against the Baltimore Colts in their final home game of the season. The Colts are playing their last road game of the season. Atlanta was 6-3 straight-up at home last season, so I have to like them here against an Indianapolis team that struggled on the road to a 2-6-1 record. The Falcons aren’t in the toughest division, so this could be a big game for them. Take the Falcons for one of your NFL Week 16 spread picks.

Commanders logo Washington Commanders at New York Jets Jets logo

Day/Time:
Odds: New York -5.5
Moneyline: New York -220

The Jets are coming off a road game with the Dolphins, so a potential flat spot for them here, although it is their final home game of the season. Washington is playing its last road game of the season, as it has San Francisco and Dallas at home for the final two weeks. Washington was decent on the road last year, going 4-3-1 straight-up, although they did lose big several times. As long as the Jets don’t show the effects of last week, they should be the right side in the NFL Week 16 matchups.

Lions logo Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings Vikings logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Minnesota -1
Moneyline: Minnesota -115

The Lions visit the Minnesota Vikings in what could be a big NFC North contest. Minnesota is favored by one against a Detroit team that was 4-4 on the road last year. The Vikings were 8-2 at home but just 4-6 against the spread.

This is the first meeting of the year between these two, who also meet in Week 18. The teams split their two games last year, with the home team winning each game. It should be more of the same this year, and have to take the Vikings as an NFL Week 16 against the spread play in this one.

Seahawks logo Seattle Seahawks at Tennessee Titans Titans logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Seattle -2
Moneyline: Seattle -125

Seattle visits Tennessee, and the NFL lines have the Seahawks as 2-point road favorites. Seattle was 4-4 on the road last year but did fail to cover its lone game as an away favorite. The Seahawks were 6-2 in totals on the road, although the Titans were 2-6 when they played at home.

While Seattle enters the season as the better team, it’s still a little bit hard to trust the Seahawks laying points on the road. Seattle is coming off a tough four-game stretch with two games against the 49ers, Dallas and Philadelphia. The NFL Week 16 point spreads suggest a teaser play on the Titans +8 in this spot.

Jaguars logo Jacksonville Jaguars at Tampa Bay Buccaneers Buccaneers logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Jacksonville -3.5
Moneyline: Jacksonville -175

The late Christmas Eve games start with a Sunshine State battle between the Jaguars and Buccaneers. Jacksonville is favored by 3.5 and this is one of three games the Jags are favored on the road. The Jaguars are coming off three straight games against the AFC North, having played the Ravens at home the previous week.

Tampa Bay is playing the first of two straight home games, but were one of the worst home teams in the NFL against the spread last season. But a lot of that had to do with the expectations of the team and the Tom Brady factor. This year, people aren’t expecting much from the Bucs. The NFL Week 16 scores should fall the Jaguars way in this one.

Cowboys logo Dallas Cowboys at Miami Dolphins Dolphins logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Miami -1.5
Moneyline: Miami -120

The best of the Sunday afternoon games, Dallas visits Miami in a game where the NFL Week 16 odds seem a bit light on the Dolphins. Both teams are expected to make the playoffs this season, but the line suggests the Cowboys are better on a neutral field, and that may not be the case.

Dallas is coming off games with the Eagles and Bills, while the Dolphins are playing the last of three straight home games. Miami played the Jets the previous game and finish with Baltimore and Buffalo. The Dolphins were 6-2 at home last year, and see no reason to go against them in this one.

Cardinals logo Arizona Cardinals at Chicago Bears Bears logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Chicago -4.5
Moneyline: Chicago -200

This is one of the least appealing Christmas Eve games on the schedule, as both teams figure to be near the bottom of the NFL Week 16 standings. Arizona is clearly a step behind San Francisco and Seattle in the NFC West, while Chicago is still behind the likes of Detroit and Minnesota in the NFC North. But the Bears are trying to narrow that gap.

The Cardinals would be best served by turning their attention to 2024 and hope Kyler Murray is healthy entering the season. Arizona should have some high draft picks to help strengthen its roster. The Bears are a bit ahead of Arizona in the rebuild and should be able to win here.

Patriots logo New England Patriots at Denver Broncos Broncos logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Denver -2
Moneyline: Denver -125

Not the worst of games for a Christmas Eve, although one that will keep parents glued to their seats instead of putting presents under the tree. Both teams are coming off disappointing seasons a year ago. New England’s was expected, while Denver’s really wasn’t after the Broncos went out and signed Russell Wilson.

New England is one of the toughest divisions in the NFL, so while the Pats may be a better team, it might now show up in the standings. Denver has Kansas City and the Chargers to contend with in the AFC West. Getting a wild card berth is a challenging task in the AFC. New England was 5-3-1 ATS on the road last year, and believe this one will be close. The NFL Week 16 betting lines lend themselves to taking New England +8 in a teaser.

Raiders logo Las Vegas Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs Chiefs logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Kansas City -8.5
Moneyline: Kansas City -395

This isn’t quite the NFL’s equivalent of waking up Christmas morning and finding coal in your stocking. But it’s close, as the least appealing of the three Christmas games gets things started with the Raiders and the Chiefs. Kansas City does make things more interesting than they should be from time to time, as evidenced by its 3-6-1 home ATS record a year ago. This one is a rematch of their Week 12 game.

The Chiefs won both games last year while going 1-1 against the spread. Kansas City does have the Bengals on deck, so they might be looking ahead a bit, especially if they won easily in Week 12, so check the NFL scores. Las Vegas was 2-7 straight-up on the road last year and 3-6 against the spread. The NFL Week 16 results should show Kansas City winning in a game featuring fewer points than expected. Las Vegas was 3-6 in away totals last year, while the Chiefs were 2-8 in totals at home.

Giants logo New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles Eagles logo

Day/Time:
Odds: Philadelphia -7
Moneyline: Philadelphia -295

The Giants visit the Eagles for an NFC East battle in the second game on Christmas Day. The Eagles won both regular season games and in the playoffs last season. It’s the first time the two are playing this season, as they meet again in the final game of the season.

The Giants are playing their final road game of the season. New York was 7-2 ATS on the road last season, although one of those spread losses was against the Eagles in the playoffs. Take New York in a huge revenge spot as one of your NFL Week 16 best bets.

Ravens logo Baltimore Ravens at San Francisco 49ers 49ers logo

Day/Time:
Odds: San Francisco -3
Moneyline: San Francisco -155

The NFL full schedule Week 16 odds have San Francisco -3 in one of the better games of the week. The Ravens were 5-5 on the road last season and 7-3 against the spread. Baltimore comes into its final road game of the season off an away game at Jacksonville.

The Ravens close out the season by hosting Miami and Pittsburgh. The 49ers are coming off a game with the Cardinals and have Washington up next, so they should be focused on this one. The NFL Week 16 line suggests taking San Francisco -3 to get the job done on Christmas night.
